My passion for exploring new facets of life, delving into books, and unraveling its many mysteries has always been at the core of who I am. My love for problem solving aligned deeply with the values of the Cradle to Career Foundation and was the drive that ultimately led me to the team. From the very beginning, I felt a deep connection to the mission of this incredible foundation.

Being part of this team has been a transformative experience. The founder, a visionary in every sense, cultivated an environment where growth could truly thrive—a “fertile nursery” for personal and professional development. This environment has challenged me to find solutions where none seem possible and, most importantly, to believe in our collective abilities to create change.

Cradle-to-Career has also sparked my curiosity in areas I had never previously explored, like fashion design. I’ve always had a natural inclination towards teaching, but this platform helped me sharpen that passion and turn it into a skill. Through this journey, I’ve also gained invaluable experience in people management, patience, and effective communication.

Above all, my time with this team has broadened my perspective, reinforcing the belief that age is no barrier to achieving fulfillment, financial success, or personal growth. The knowledge and skills I’ve gained here have become tools I can now use to contribute back to the team. Growth, after all, is a two-way flow.
