Before the establishment of the Cradle 2 Career Foundation, I had a conversation with our founder about the complexities of career development in Nigeria. What started as an exchange of ideas between two like-minded individuals soon became the foundation of the Cradle 2 Career initiative.

We began as a small team of two, but over time, we have grown into a close-knit family of individuals united by a shared commitment to success and a passion for giving back to society.
